manno: A Lightweight Annotation Protocol for the Open Connectome Project using ITK-Snap and CAJAL
manno provides a protocol for creating Open Connectome Project compatible manual annotations, leveraging `ITK Snap `_. This tool allows users to quickly create and upload annotations to the Open Connectome Project for science, machine learning, and other applications. This protocol uses the NIFTI format as a method to exchange data; other tools such as MRIStudio may also be able to use this protocol (but have not been extensively tested).
