manno: A Lightweight Annotation Protocol for the Open Connectome Project using ITK-Snap and CAJAL
manno provides a protocol for creating Open Connectome Project compatible manual annotations, leveraging ITK Snap. This tool allows users to quickly create and upload annotations to the Open Connectome Project for science, machine learning, and other applications. This protocol uses the NIFTI format as a method to exchange data; other tools such as MRIStudio may also be able to use this protocol (but have not been extensively tested).
